She is committed to connecting with and supporting women suffering from anxiety, depression, other mood disorders. She helps women release negative beliefs and past experiences that interfere with their transition into motherhood and to help them fully embrace their identity as mothers and individuals. She encourages mothers to engage in group work which can be impactful in eliminating the isolation and identity issues which often accompany the transition to motherhood.

She has been supporting mothers and handling infants for over 4 years in a hospital setting; including NICU preemies, late preterm infants, infants that are small for their gestational age, babies with cleft lips and palates, congenital heart defects, and many other unique needs. Through LATCHelp, she has been supporting mothers-to-be, young parents & their support system to create a positive ecosystem around the children through online sessions & personal consultation. She also conducts Antenatal Breastfeeding classes, and postpartum mental health classes which helps mother in preparing for their Postpartum.
